What may be the possible reasons for missing observations in RCBD?
We use RCBD because Sometimes it so happens that some experimental units or observations are missing,
For example
1 Uprooted plant
2 Died animals
3 Records lost
4 Broken flasks

Why we need to compute the Efficiency of RCBD relative to CRD?
For experimental design, efficiency relates to the ability of a design to achieve the objective with minimal expenditure of resource such as time and money
Its relative efficiency is usually expressed in term of a ration of error variances.

Write he mathematical model of the Latin Square Design.
The Latin square model assumes that there are no interactions between the blocking variables or between the treatment variable and the blocking variable.
