AIOU’s 5,000 students to get laptops

The Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) is dispersing more than 5,000 workstations among its understudies the nation over under the PM Laptop Scheme. This was expressed by AIOU Vice Chancellor Dr Shahid Siddiqui while tending to a service, where 84 understudies were given PCs at the territorial office on Sunday.

He said the second period of free training program up to registration for the south Punjab understudies would be propelled soon, as the plan had just initiated in FATA and Balochistan. He included that the college had presented 26 new projects during the most recent three years.

AIOU to dispatch Seeratun Nabi degree programs

Dr Siddiqui said that degree confirmation process was being changed over to the online framework and now it would take just 25 hours for check, rather than months. He said that free instruction was being offered to exceptional children and more than 1,000 prison detainees for nothing out of pocket. Around 28 national and global meetings and more than 100 workshops had been directed during the most recent three years, he said.
