AIOU to work with Chinese varsities

ISLAMABAD: As a component of the administration’s endeavors to build up an instructive hallway under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), the Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) is taking a shot at a complete arrangement to shape associations with Chinese firms to team up on instructive undertakings.

This was revealed by AIOU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Shahid Siddiqui on Sunday while looking into the on-going undertakings for setting up Chinese language communities in Pakistan as a team with Chinese Universities. The AIOU means to team up with five Chinese colleges, including the Open University of China, Sichuan University, Beijing Shanghai Open University, Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication, Yunnan Normal University and the Yunnan Open University in Kunming.

AIOU to give professional preparing to detainees

In such manner, Dr Siddiqui said that they had gained significant ground in setting up a language and social focus in Gwadar in a joint effort with the Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication.
