AIOU extends assignment deadline

ISLAMABAD: With varsities shut until June because of a lockdown, forced to control the spread of the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, the Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has permitted its understudies of BA/BS/B.Ed, MA/MSc and other postgraduate projects to present their scholastic assignments for the Spring 2023 semester by June 13.

Beforehand, the varsity had set April 27 as the last date to submit assignments.

An announcement gave by AIOU Admissions Director Muhammad Riaz on Tuesday read that understudies have been conceded extra an ideal opportunity to finish their scholarly work because of the lockdown in the nation.

Riaz said that every single territorial leader of the college have been told that they are presently required to gather finished and punched results before June 20.

He included that it has been concluded that no further expansions will be considered past the specified date. The opportune accommodation of assignments will empower the college to settle the consequence of the particular projects according to the current yearly schedule, as affirmed by the scholarly gathering, he included.

Understudies have been encouraged to send their assignments to their guides by the specified date to meet all requirements for their separate scholastic program.
